SOLO EXHIBITION - HOXTON 2024

This series of paintings tied together by the same white chair, highlights the importance of clothing and posture in creating a portrait that delivers a more complete picture of the sitter. The sitters were given freedom to choose an outfit for the shoot that they felt best represented them at that time and were left to find a natural, comfortable pose on the white chair. The clothing: the sitters conscious decision of how they want to be perceived by the world. The posture: their subconscious display of their personality.
