TKTS BOOTH MURAL LEICESTER SQUARE
I was commissioned to design a 16m x 3.4m mural for the Society Of London Theatres (UK) to create a game centred around the West Ends theatres and its characters.
The mural is installed on London’s TKTS ticket booth in Leicester Square and depicts a fictitious London landscape where many of the West End theatres live side by side. The mural represents the busy London streets filled with Londoners, tourists, red buses and black taxis. Hidden within the crowds are 41 characters from current West End shows creating a game for the viewer to try and locate them.
The mural was also used as an online game where the viewer had to locate as many of the 41 hidden characters as possible giving them a chance of winning £500 of theatre tickets.
